Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals.
  • Answering and communicate to customers professionally and respond to customers enquires via phone, email, mail and social media. 
  • Oversee and call up clients on payment plans, making sure instalments are up to date.
  • Liaise with clients who payment has defaulted.
  • Inform clients of their package nearing expiry.
  • Account activation for members' whose account is on hold.
  • Maintain cleanliness of front office area.
  • Any ad-hoc assignments by the management.

 

Requirements

Job Requirement 

  • Malaysian with at least a diploma in any field.
  • Well-groomed, possesses good social etiquette, self-disciplined, pleasant, polite and tactful.
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Customer Service or equivalent. 
  • Good written & verbal skills in English, basic level in Mandarin & Bahasa.
  • Multi-tasking capabilities; People-oriented.
  • Candidates who are available to start immediately or in a short-notice period preferred.

 

Salary

2000 - 2500 MYR
