Job Description:

• Understand client’s business objectives and advertising strategy.
• Preparing reports on brand’s social media performance.• Researching, extracting and analyzing social media data
• Identifying target audience characteristics, behaviour and habits.
• Online customer service.
• Brainstorming creative ideas for social postings.
• Researching and analyzing social trends.• Monitoring and optimizing effectiveness of campaigns.
• Brand crisis management on social media. 


Job Requirement:
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in
Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
Good communication skills in English,Malay, Chinese language for spoken and written.
