Customer Success Rockstar!

AppFactorie is a DIY AppBuilding platform enabling our clients to design and build mobile apps, without writing a single line of code for both the App & Play Stores. In addition to this our clients have access to powerful Marketing & CRM dashboards to engage and manage their users.

Responsibilities

We are seeking out Customer Success RockStars!
Are you passionate about technology startups? Are you a proven strategic thinker and effective communicator?

If so, this position may be for you. This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new business in a hot market.

What you’ll be doing: 

 

  • Working with our sales team to identify & onboard new clients 
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with accounts to nurture business value growth and identify churn risk 
  • Partner internally with product to align your customers’ activities with the product roadmap 
  • Testing new functionality and providing product feedback 
  • Working closely with our Technology team to resolve customer issues & meet deadlines 

Requirements

  • Empathetic approach to customer success  
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including issue tracking, triaging and crisis management 
  • Solutions-focused mindset, helping nature, and a passion for the customer 
  • Flexible, high energy, fast learning mentality with the excitement for taking the initiative and presenting new ideas that will benefit both the company and our customers 
  • General knowledge of cloud software as well as proficiency with internet browsers, productivity tools, including CRM and help desk software. Prior software company experience a plus. 
  • Teamwork skills are must, with the ability to collaborate in a transparent environment and proven time management skills
