Responsibilities

We are looking for self-driven, dedicated, and passionate individuals to be our Client Consultants on a full-time or part-time basis. You need to be very interested in all things related to Love, Relationships, and Matchmaking, are genuinely care about our clients.

If you are looking for a meaningful and fulfilling job that is also fun and exciting, this is the perfect job for you! You will learn to be a professional Client Consultant, sell Society W memberships to clients and then make matches for them using our internal system plus your human touch. Following that, you will need to communicate effectively to the clients about the matches and coordinate and facilitate the date as and when necessary. You will also need to gather feedback from the clients. 

There is also an element of administrative and marketing work that needs to be done day-to-day. Most of our work is done over the telephone and face-to-face with the clients.

Requirements

*** MANDATORY SKILLS:
- Good work ethic: Honesty, integrity, desire to be the best at the job 
- Strong drive and self-motivation
- Sales experience preferred, with track record showing ability to hit sales targets 
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and take accountability for your responsibilities
- Excellent client management skills / Social skills: Ability to serve multiple clients at the same time at a high standard of customer service. Able to deal with difficult clients on your own. Ability to build good rapport with clients quickly, getting them to feel comfortable with you and open up to you quickly.
- Excellent spoken and written English 
- Meticulousness and Attention to detail
- Responsible: Someone who doesn't have to be reminded over and over again about what tasks they are required to complete and by when
- Good communicator


*** SKILLS THAT ARE GOOD TO HAVE:
- Be able to relate and make both male and female clients feel comfortable and at ease with you
- Trustworthy and Credible appearance and demeanour
- To be able to form rapport with clients ranging from 30 - 55 years of age
- Passion about the job and a desire to take pride and ownership of your assignments
- Professionalism
