Customer Service Manager

Vape Vandal is the #1 destination for Malaysia e-cigarette products. Established in 2015, we have served over 80 countries. We cover retail and wholesale customers.

The team consists of young and energetic people. Despite a thriving business, we still operate lean and it's typical that our staff holds more than one role or are involved in another business at the same time. We've seen our members grow rapidly in their career as a result of this.

We are still growing and constantly seeking out like-minded people to join us.

Responsibilities

  • Lead our customer service department.
  • Handle inquiries from various online channels, with enquiries from mostly developed countries.
  • Communicate with the team findings and feedback from customers in a timely manner.
  • Employ new software/processes where necessary with an aim to optimize customer's experience.
  • Assist in product addition to our ecommerce system.
  • Assist in various daily/weekly/ad hoc tasks as and when needed.
  • Communicate with external parties (suppliers, etc.) where necessary.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years in customer service experience preferred.
  • Proven over-achiever record.
  • Proficient in English: most of our customers are from developed countries.
  • Performance driven: able to cope in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Hungry: open to taking more responsibilities as an opportunity to grow.
  • Problem solving skills: able to think on your feet.
  • Fast learner: various ad hoc tasks require fast learning skills.
  • Citizen of Malaysia.
  • Bonus: Microsoft Excel skills.
