Enterprise Pre-Sales Manager

CarPal Fleet was born from the idea that technology represents a fundamental part of last-mile delivery, reshaping it to become more agile, lean, and centered around customer satisfaction.

About you

As pre-sales manager you are responsible for leveraging the CarPal brand.

  • You (help) identify new target customers
  • You generate and visit new leads
  • You follow-up and visit existing leads
  • You close new deals
  • You manage your existing accounts
  • You hire and manage a team of sales reps that help you generate leads
  • You create management reports



  • Understanding of technology
  • Must be permanently residing in Singapore (Work Visa/Permit may not provided)
  • B.A. or B.S. required
  • 5-10 years of professional working experience in an enterprise software sales role
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to details; ability to prioritize and adapt in response to feedback
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency and/or understanding of Mandarin Chinese is a plus
  • You are not afraid to reach out to people
  • You know what it is like to provide great service
  • Your communication skills are 10+
  • You are pragmatic and a problem-solver
