Softinn is a travel-tech startup that based in Malacca, Malaysia. We provide cloud-based reservation system for boutique hotels and vacation rentals. This is how the name “SOFTINN” was formed - the very fundamental idea of providing “Software solution” for all types of “Inn”. Our products are currently powering more than 1,000 hotels and lodges in Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam.

  • To manage our Merchant account on Hubspot (our CRM)
  • To involve in Merchant success process using Hubspot
  • To engage Merchant in online marketing activities
  • To retain Merchant using intelligent marketing tool and method
  • To achieve the monthly average revenue per Merchant
  • To respond promptly and professionally to the inquiries and needs of our customer (guest and merchant) through our communication channels (Phone & Email & Live Chat)
  • To maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • To know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions from customer (guest and merchant) to process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • To follow up on customer interactions, including payment reminder & collection
  • To attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends


  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales & marketing experience, customer service experience, and experience in e-commerce is a plus point
  • Receptive to learn marketing tools
  • Computer literates
  • Immaculate telephone manners and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and dynamically prioritise tasks
  • Resiliency to effectively deal with job stress and upset customers
  • Excellent listening & writing skills, critical thinker with attention to details
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English & Bahasa Melayu. Knowing Mandarin is a plus point
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minutes
  • Minimum obtained a Diploma, Degree or equivalent in the relevant field
