  • Culture Ambassador in company
  • Recruitment, On boarding and Off Boarding of employees    
  • Maintaining employee training records up to date and training status in a timely manner.
  • Monthly regional employees payroll
  • Support company in implementing training and development programs to ensure optimal company wide performance.
  • Prepare Performance Appraisal and update records accordingly.
  • Assist in admin functions which include, renewal of insurance, any other administrative function, administer arrangement of well wishes gift, ordering of groceries, organising of company event and etc.


  • 3-5 Years of experience in HR 
  • Experienced in Payroll is a must  
  • Diploma/Degree in HR 
  • Excellent Interpersonel Skills 
  • Able to work independently
