Tech Support Engineer

Responsibilities

We are looking to hire a Technical Support Engineer (TSE) who will work closely with customer operations team and engineering team, to apply technical support expertise to independently research and diagnose customer issues. 

WHAT YOU’LL LOVE TO DO…

  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution, which may include researching and diagnosing issues before handing over to developers for resolution
  • Helping answer technical queries by customer operations team
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of issues to the appropriate internal teams

Requirements

WHAT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE…

  • A software engineer with 0-3 years of development and/or technical support experience
  • Good working knowledge of Java, Javascript, React Native or MongoDB
  • Good communication skills: Ability to articulate an idea or a thought in a way that the audience understands
  • Enjoy solving customer issues and learning new technologies
  • Systematic and independent with minimal supervision
