Customer Experience Executive

We are a new generation of entrepreneurs and professionals from Southeast Asia, with the vision of empowering societies of Southeast Asia by disrupting traditional banking. Responsibilities

  • Deliver world-class customer experience, engage customers and facilitate organic growth of investors
  • Be an exemplary team player and be a trusted colleague within the company
  • Keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
  • Facilitate the improvement service procedures, policies and standards that maintain a best in class customer experience
  • Champion the voice of customers business in all internal business decisions
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns and positively engage them with speed, empathy and effectiveness, building trust-based and enduring customer relationships
  • Demonstrate strong personal values that and a commitment to our mission and company values

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced customer facing role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of world class service excellence standards and best practices
  • Proven record as a trusted team member
  • Business proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu and/or written and spoken Mandarin
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
  • Ability to think critically and facilitate change
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
  • Effective understanding of investments and financial knowledge
  • Prior experience in start-up / SME environment a bonus
  • BS degree in Business Administration or related field would be a plus
