Job description

Lynx Analytics is looking for an Office Administrator (Part-time). The person will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. He /She should be able to manage tasks successfully and in an organized manner. Manages own time well. Can put structure & streamline the existing processes. 

Responsibilities:

  • Booking flights & accommodation for employees along with VISA and immigration services.
  • Manage allocation of laptops to the existing employees and new joiners from time to time.
  • Find, maintain and deal with external vendors who can take care of the ad-hoc IT issues that come up along with other services like internet, phone, water and rent related issues.
  • Keep a central repository of Software licenses, manage basic email account access like adding and terminating them.
  • Setting up meetings and boking rooms for the same via google meeting rooms.
  • Maintaining office supplies, organizing & stocking up the pantry.
  • Help organize small internal events like birthday or any other occasion.

  • Strong service mentality, Pro-active & ability to carry out complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Is always responsive to the requests & follow ups that is required to accomplish his/her duties.
  • Great attention to details, good time management skills and should be able to multitask & prioritize tasks.
  • Pro-active attitude which leads to an enjoyable and harmonious work environment.
  • Is a good communicator with good interpersonal skills in order to engage people across geographies & cultural boundaries.
  • Technology /Computer Savvy, should be proficient in Microsoft office and related software.
  • Singaporeans & PRs are preferred.
