Responsibilities

Overall Vision 

You will be part of a team bringing innovation solutions (with a culture and change management focus) to large corporations which seek to tap into the expertise of the growth companies in our community. Our clients include Fortune 500 companies and large regional businesses in the financial services, consumer digital and professional services sectors. 

As the Programme Lead in Corporate Innovation, you will play a key role in understanding customer needs, designing bespoke innovation programmes, and coordinating the delivery of these programmes to large corporates based in Singapore and SEA. 

The Programme Lead will have the opportunity to be immersed in a community of entrepreneurs; to develop their professional network in the innovation ecosystem in SEA; and to help drive the growth of an innovation agency focused on helping corporates build up competencies in managing culture and change, developing innovation methods and designing agile business models. 

 

Business Development

  • Understand client needs and translate these into structured programmes
  • Support customer engagement which includes preparing proposals and managing project budgets for client programmes

Programme & Account Management

  • Coordinate and be accountable for programme schedules, delivery and facilitation of requests from clients
  • Curate and liaise with partners; both members and external network for our client programmes by establishing a deep understanding of our partners’ abilities, business needs and ambitions
  • Act as a key feedback channel for clients to ensure positive customer experience

Requirements

  • Has at least 3 years of experience in enterprise client facing or account management roles, with a proven track record of managing projects for corporate clients and responding to their needs effectively
  • Possesses the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high growth and variable environment
  • Strong communicator and a consultative approach to problem solving
  • Holds a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to take ownership of projects & tasks independently while being a team player
  • Knowledge in innovation management, enterprise sales, project management, learning facilitation & design is a strong plus
