We are looking for someone who...

  • Meet sales revenue and profit goals
  • Effectively open and close sales cycles through qualifying, presenting, proposing, closing and managing key accounts.
  • Aggressively pursue and fully develop new accounts in the premium foodservice channel. Restaurant, coffee house, café, speciality coffee retail segments are the target customer.
  • Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, cold calling on business owners and networking.
  • Resolve issues and provide technical support and solutions for priority customers.
  • Develop an annual strategic business plan for the fiscal year, focused on meeting or exceeding sales quota.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls


  • 2 years’ experience in B2B sales with proven results.
  • Foodservice industry sales experience is a MUST.
  • 2 years’ experience in coffee with a strong knowledge of coffee and espresso equipment knowledge.
  • Excel at prospecting and aggressively seeking new clients by networking, cold calling, canvassing, referrals or other means
  • 1+ years of experience in Specialty coffee Sales
  • Barista skills will have an added advantage.
  • Adaptable to changes 
  • Must be able to work independently
