Social Media Marketing

We are a small production house with offices in Singapore and India. We learn, experiment, and build our products for small businesses (http://carbonate.sodainmind.com, http://hrsuite.sodainmind.com) and use our expertise to help other startups to build their products.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who is very familiar with paid but is also familiar with organic growth. Critical to this role is thoughtful analysis of Southeast Asian, market to draw insights that can be used in key decision making around our marketing planning, resourcing and campaigns delivery processes.

The candidate will be based in either Indonesia and work with the production team located in Singapore, Indonesia and India. 

Responsibilities
 
The candidate will be tasked to lead the marketing on social media including the following:
-Complete analysis and research on any market, primarily South East Asian market for key metrics such as media, channels, demographics, locations, and activities to support optimised cost disbursement across critical marketing goals.
-Plan out marketing initiatives across the region and within Indonesia based on best buys and best practices for platforms such as Facebook, Instragram and LinnkedIn
-Work with partner companies to plan online guerilla marketing campaigns.
-Work with the digital marketing manager and specialist to optimise digital marketing activities including social and search.
-Provide post-analysis and scorecard of marketing campaigns.
-Recommend and implement changes to improve the cost and strategy effectiveness of future campaigns.
-Assist in translating analytic data into actionable information and recommending a course of action.
-Partner closely with budget planning to insure there is complete alignment across business revenues.
-Ad hoc analysis, report generation and/or special project work as required.
-Constant curiosity into performance data to deliver reporting that will drive continual improvements in how we deliver our proposals to marketing plans and processes.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, in highly matrixed organization, with skill, attention to detail, tenacity, and a focus on results.
-Seek opportunities for process improvement across the Marketing -Effectiveness research.

Here is what we expect from you:
-In-depth media and marketing knowledge of the Indonesian market.
-Regional campaign management preferred. 
-Have led a small marketing team and achieved results in the past
-Familiar with both paid and organic social media marketing
-Able to produce statistical reports
-Media placement optimisation history
-Able to speak English well
-Understanding of digital assets such as microsites, edms and landing pages will be beneficial
 
You are also expected to show some sharp thought-related skills including resource planning, task breakdown and research.
