Personal Assistant ( Translator exp)

Delve Singapore curates and reviews both financing & investment opportunities with requirements that incorporate high watermarks, all of which need to be met before being considered for empanelment on our list of official funding partners.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Provide full-fledged support on all administration/ secretarial functions for the MD
  • Translating business documents
  • Draft office letter, memo and contracts
  • Planning and schedule meeting
  • Manage travel arrangements
  • Administer expense claims and maintain, expense records and confidential files
  • Coordinate meetings and events

 

Requirements

Skills and Experience

  • Min Degree in any filed
  • CEPT holder are also welcome to apply
  • Min 4. Year relevant experience
  • Able to work independently

Salary

3200 - 3800 SGD
