You’ll be a good fit as our Graphic Designer if you possess the following traits:

  • Detail-oriented. You love to look beyond the surface of things, to explore both the minute detail and the big picture.
  • Passion and drive. Design is a labour of love. The work inevitably entails odd hours, long edits, bizarre briefs and tricky workloads. You have to use that passion to keep going when you are exhausted but you know it could make it better.
  • Problem solver. As well as the aesthetic aspect of design, you enjoy the problem solving side too. As a designer you have to think critically to make things work. Creativity is needed not only to produce something brilliant, but also to work out how the pieces fit together and turn ideas into a finished product.
  • Learner. Designing is a lifelong process. You constantly look for how to do something better than or different from the way we were taught or know. You keep abreast with design trends, industry leading software.


As a graphic designer at Omnilytics you’ll spend your time developing new design concepts and graphics for a variety of projects; including but not limited to email, web and print. You’ll be working directly with the Head of Design as well as various departments such as Marketing, Content, Sales and Development to bring various projects to life.



  • Proven graphic design experience in print, email, social media design and digital advertisements.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
  • Strong skill in typography, colour and layout.
  • Excellent in written and presentation skills.
  • Being able to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Being a team player that also knows how to work independently.
  • Some experience in UI design or willingness to learn.


  • A strong portfolio.
  • Prior work experience; either employed elsewhere or freelance.
