Administrative Officer/ Receptionist (5Day)

We are located in the heart of Sai Ying Pun, Uptown Co-workshop provides a rich and diverse community for young startups, innovative businesses and freelancers. We provide high level of advisory services and that really helps them to get the fund.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support to the office
  • Office administrative: maintain stock level of stationary, snacks and drinks
  • Assist in organizing event
  • Answering calls and e-mails
  • Conducting site visit tours to introduce the co-working space to potential tenants and overseeing the resident application process, send follow up e-mails
  • Get to know the residences and have fun with them
