What You’ll Do

-          Carrying out recruitment process from posting job advertisement, selecting, to interviewing suitable candidates for open positions.

-          Onboarding employees and ensuring that all working equipment and facilities are in place to support new hires

-          Responsible for all compansation and benefit process and procedure (BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Jaminan Pensiun, Insurance and Medical Reimbursement).

-          Review and suggest the best compensation and benefit structure to stay competitive with market

-          Create HR budget for salary, BPJS and others, monthly report, responsible in Pph 21 calculation and reporting.

-          Maintaining and making sure all employees data are up to date in the HR Dashboard

-          Maintains the human resource information system, HRIS (TALENTA) to track, maintain, and update all HR related data such as promotion, contract & permanent, employee movement, transfer local and regional, demotion, termination, new engagement.

-          Proactive manage general affairs of the office in dateiled manner (Improve cleanliness, safety, security, comfort and technology, fixed assets listing & maintenance programme)

-          Implementation of HR Policy, company prosedures and regulations

-          Develop and maintain employee benefit program and informs employees of benefit by studiyng and assessing benefit needs and trens; direct the processing of benefit claims.

Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirement 

Requirements

Your Skills and Experience

·         Knowledge of Compensation & Benefit Design, Organization Development, Human Resource Management Function

·         Good Interpersonal skill

·         Computer literate (MS-Office, email, internet, HRIS, etc)

·         Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to successfully multi-task

·         Posses good knowledge in man power regulation and HRM concept

·         Self-motivated with an ability to thrive under pressure

·         Having good knowledge of labor law
