Marketing & Operations Assistant

Immovasia is a highly specialised real estate services provider transforming a traditional niche segment by leveraging optimised approaches, technology and some other secret ingredients. We’ve got proof of concept, initial funding and we are looking for smart, hungry and fun people to join us on our jorurney!

Responsibilities

We are offering you a ground floor opportunity to be involved in building a start up from scratch. Whether you always wanted to earn your spurs in the real estate industry or be a part of the tech revolution - or ideally both – we’ve got you covered. We need you to initially be our marketing and operational backbone and to inject your own new ideas - a fresh pair of hands and eyes. Once you know how things work we certainly want you to be adequately hungry and skilled so you can grow your scope of responsibilities and quality of contributions to our success on a daily basis. Be our guest to aim at taking over a General Manager position delegating the special tasks to your team of specialists. When we grow you grow!

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve expected outreach targets including social media, PR, below the line and customer engagement activities
  • Build existing and develop new relationships with external multipliers and partners
  • Represent the company at networking events and exhibitions
  • Map and analyse the local and regional real estate markets to detect new areas of opportunity 
  • Identify service improvements by spotting new trends, technologies and competitor activities
  • Assist Managing Director in appointment coordination, property viewings and project logistics
  • Manage day to day updates of databases and online platforms
  • Leverage technology to improve workflow and efficiency

Requirements

  • Singapore citizen or PR 
  • Licensed CEA Real Estate Salesperson or willing to obtain the license 
  • Fluent in English and ideally other languages
  • Good educational background with an understanding of how the world ticks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable with communicating and professionally bonding with partners and customers at any level
  • Strong analytical skills and able to identify opportunities and gaps
  • Entrepreneurial thinker, self-motivated, proactive and able to be your own boss from time to time
  • Risk taker, extroverted and outspoken where appropriate
  • Detail oriented, strong focus on quality
  • Ability to prioritize and structure tasks
