SALES EXECUTIVE

AVANA is a technology company that introduces innovative social commerce solutions to bridge the gap between discovery and purchase on social media

Responsibilities

  • Understanding and selling e-commerce platform to prospective merchant
  • Explain the features of our e-commerce  platform; providing sales materials such as brochures
  • Create sales lead and follow up with new merchant
  • Close sales and meet sales KPIs
  • Seek out new merchant and develop by networking to find new merchant and generate lists of prospective merchant
  • Preparing weekly sales report
  • Attend meeting on sales goals
  • Understand the seller’s industry structure for cost and benefit analysis to gather opportunities for future collaboration
  • Works in the field with sales representatives to identify opportunities for improvement and attends action planning meetings

Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in the related field for this position
  • Client-facing, presentation and relationship building skills
  • Have experienced in sales such as telemarketing sales, selling insurances packages, unit trust and other related sales channels.
  • Excellent English and Bahasa Melayu written and verbal communication skills. Mandarin is a bonus!
  • Eager to learn new skills to enhance capability
  • Ecommerce experience is a bonus, e.g. search, merchant acquisition, ecommerce training etc
