Sales Representatives (Inbound and Outbound)

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing: 

  • Manage your own sales pipeline by following up on inbound sales inquiries & prospecting for new customers
  • Qualify sales leads and effectively communicate the Spaceship’s proposition
  • Provide after-sales support through assisting in customer onboarding and provide account management service for key selected accounts
  • Consistently exceed weekly and monthly sales target
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations and tech to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements

You have:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience. Experience in the Moving, Storage or Relocation industry is a huge plus
  • Demonstrated strong sales track record for exceeding targets
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively to various types of customers
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships
  • Self starter, tenacious and problem solver
