Responsibilities

Responsibilities

 

  • Assist senior for all Human Resource related tasks
  • Assist senior for all banking and office administrative tasks.
  • Assist senior to liase with auditor, tax agent, banker, secretary, government and other professional bodies
  • Able to write business letters and professional presentations
  • Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentially
  • Assist senior to maintain workflow and develop reports
  • Schedule & coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangement for directors
  • Assist senior to respond to and handling sales enquiries and referring these to sales teams for further actions
  • Assist senior Handling client request while sales team is out of office
  • Support, co-ordinate and monitor sales team activities
  • Support, co-ordinate and monitor production activities
  • Assist senior to keep track of inventories
  • Arrange and ensure logistic arrangement of orders
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required

 

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business 
  • Detail oriented with good analytical skills
  • Interact clearly and professionally at all times
  • Work independently, multi task and meticulous
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin is a bonus to communicate with our China clients
  • Computer literate and well versed with Ms Office applications
  • Multitasking and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

2000 - 3000 MYR
