Content Specialist

Responsibilities

Working closely with the Managing Director, the Content Specialist is responsible for:

  • Digital marketing strategy – the Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating strategic marketing/communications plans along with the Brand Director to provide direction for the company’s public-facing communications
  • Content creation – writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels
  • Social media marketing – creating strategy, managing and growing the company’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties
  • Community relations - Monitoring online discussions, media requests and customer relations and responding in a timely fashion
  • Analytics & reporting - Monitoring and measuring your success of community engagement (i.e. number of power users, number of discussions, etc.), and providing reports for directors. Also, identifying and reporting on community trends to internal teams and advising on potential opportunities or risks.
  • Events - Representing the StitchMob brand in a stellar fashion at events, organising meetups, building networks and spreading positive word-of-mouth.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate:

  • Naturally social and an excellent communicator, you are intelligent, likeable and known for your ability to instantly build rapport with people.
  • You’re a whiz with social media and have experience with tools to assist with scheduling, reporting and monitoring chatter.
  • You’ll be experienced with creating content and have exceptional writing skills.
  • You know how to manage your time, and can divide your day between planning marketing activities, engaging with the community and attending events – while not forgetting to have lunch.

Students and hustlers are welcome to apply - but please understand we will need to see some examples of work for consideration. Previous involvement within digital agencies and the fashion industry will be looked upon favorably. 

Salary

900 - 1400 SGD
