Customer Success Executive

At Pear Comms Pte Ltd, we believe that selling should not be hard.

Our team provides Enterprises and Sales Professionals with solutions to boost their sales productivity and effectiveness. In doing so, we help our clients acquire new customers, retain existing ones, and ultimately increase revenue. With our home base in Singapore, we are now expanding to more markets in Asia-Pacific, including Malaysia and Hong Kong.

QuickDesk is our simplified integrable sales engagement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. With QuickDesk, sales professionals can better manage customers, track sales activities, and close deals. Some features of our CRM include leads and task management, mass communications, and quotation and invoice generation.



We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join us as Customer Success Executives.

In Customer Success, the executives will face clients regularly in their journey to help clients achieve business results through our solutions and onboard new ones. They will consult and work closely with clients on how to optimise QuickDesk for their specific workflows while value adding to their business through a deep understanding of the client’s business. Customer Success Executives will be constantly learning about emerging customer needs. They will communicate these insights to other departments in the company in order to improve the overall client experience.



  • Interact with Clients to provide support for successful adoption of company products;
  • Conduct User Training Sessions;
  • Assist in Customer Support through online service and in person consultations;
  • Research and report on clients’ needs and competitor analysis;
  • Analyse and report on industry trends and related products for success and new opportunities;
  • Brainstorm and document new features and modules;
  • Test and monitor the product for quality assurance;
  • Explore room for product improvement and product partners;
  • Draft business reports and proposals based on consumer insights.


  • Interest and knowledge in IT and CRM;
  • Self-motivated and a results-driven attitude;
  • Confident and articulate presentation skills;
  • Deep understanding of the value of collaboration and teamwork;
  • Persuasive verbal and written communication in English;
  • Able to converse in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking clients (Preferred);
  • Excellent time management and resilience under pressure and tight deadlines;
  • Ability to visualise effective methodologies to improve the product workflow.

This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
