  • We  are  looking  for  a  competitive  and  trustworthy  Business  Development  Executive  to  help  us  build  up  our business. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • To present the company credentials to clients across all industries, with aim to increase company’s sales and clients base.
  • To be self-sufficient and self-driven towards the achieving maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values
  • To develop and manage a highly ambitious pipeline of sales prospects, involving significant cold-calling, relationship building and bringing through the entire sales cycle.
  • To prepare and present proposals to clients as and when required.
  • Establish and explore sales strategies and Identify new business opportunities through market and business environment analyses within these industries.
  • To nurture and develop strong business relationships with clients at all levels
  • Strive to deliver and meet the company sales KPIs

Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Sales / Business Development with proven track record and high service quality.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, Analytics and/or IT Software Sales industry is preferable.
  • Has experience in cold-calling with a hit-rate of 10:6 or above ratio.
  • Candidate must be able to conduct presentations to potential clients in groups of any size, or from the C-Suite level.
  • Self-disciplined, highly motivated and customer oriented with pleasant personality.
  • Able to write well in preparing project specific proposals.
  • Excellent communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Enjoys start-up style working environments, open to rapid changes and is a true believer of the open door policy.
  • Relevant Skills: business development, marketing, sales, customer relationship; Preferably Manager level experience specializing in Sales / Business Development or equivalent.
