Business Development Manager

Dinez-in is a Food & Beverage online incubator for passionate kitchens which contains 3 main pillars: (i) Branding & Marketing Strategy, (ii) Content Production & Execution, and (iii) Sales Channels and Network. As at date, we have more than 100 kitchens at Klang Valley, and we are looking to expand to other states in coming months.

Our ultimate goal is to increase the marketing and operational efficiency of these kitchens; and assist to them to capture maximum market visibility. Our goal is to be the top online incubator of F&B in SEA within the next 3 years. 

In a nutshell, we are looking for talents with great passion of grooming future business leaders, Tech, and most importantly - Foods! People who loves good foods will understand the pain of losing all the great recipe in the market.

Responsibilities

As our business development manager, you will be responsible for signing partnership agreement between Dinez-in and our clients for CATERING.

  • You should have a keen interest in the food and beverage industry and network around different business industries.
  • To present the company credentials to clients across all industries, with aim to increase company’s sales and clients base.
  • To be self-sufficient and self-driven towards the achieving maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values
  • To develop and manage a highly ambitious pipeline of sales prospects, involving significant cold-calling, relationship building and bringing through the entire sales cycle.
  • To prepare and present proposals to clients as and when required.
  • Establish and explore sales strategies and Identify new business opportunities through market and business environment analyses within these industries.
  • To nurture and develop strong business relationships with clients at all levels
  • Strive to deliver and meet the company sales KPIs.

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of work experience in consulting, e-commerce or start ups
  • Strong management skills: manage and motivate your team in the field.
  • Flexibility, your clients do not always operate on 9-to-5 schedules
  • Outgoing and confident 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and under pressure
  • You are very proactive and could lead independent projects
  • Excellent multiple language skills complete your profile
  • You are an ‘out-of-the box’ thinker and want to always challenge the status quo

Salary

2500 - 3500 MYR
