Job description & requirements

Office Assistant/HR Generalist (Job applicants must STRICTLY be Singapore citizens/PR holders as we are unable to sponsor a work visa)

As this is an employee centred role, you will need to interact with peers from different parts of the company (some of who may even be in other parts of the world!) while focussing on the overall strategy and mission of the organization.

A typical day might include:  

  • Organizing office and assisting associates in ways that optimize processes
  • Monitoring level of supplies and handling storages
  • Issuing cheques and verifying receipts
  • Performing work related errands as requested by associates
  • Developing department goals, objectives and systems
  • Assisting to develop measurements that support the accomplishment of strategic goals
  • Developing an employee oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Maintaining employee related databases. Preparing and analyzing reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company.

  • Handling office equipment
  • Paying attention to detail and accuracy

  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Using MS Office
