Customer Success Associate

Koble is a B2B matchmaking platform in the form of a verified social network of business users which allows businesses to market their products and offerings as well as enable the discovery of new vendors that are a perfect match to their needs. As we move into our first markets in Asia, we are looking to build a strong team of creative problem solvers to tackle the inefficiencies of procurement, and take businesses across Asia through the digital transformation journey in their procurement process.

The Opportunity

Procurement is an essential aspect to businesses in all sizes and forms across the globe. Even though there has been a number of innovations within the space (particularly with the introduction of e-sourcing and e-procurement solutions), we have yet to fully transform the entire scope of procurement digitally.

We believe that the discovery phase of the procurement process is lagging behind and to date, it is arguably the most inefficient phase that all businesses have to go through.

Koble is a B2B matchmaking platform in the form of a verified social network of business users which allows businesses to market their products and offerings as well as enable the discovery of new vendors that are a perfect match to their needs.

As we move into our first major market outside of the United States, we are looking to build a strong team of creative problem solvers to tackle the inefficiencies of procurement and take businesses across Asia through the digital transformation journey in their procurement process. 

How You'll Contribute:

As a member of the Koble Customer Success team, you will be mainly responsible for (among others):

  • Onboarding procurement teams of large corporations and ensuring a smooth transition into the digital transformation journey
  • Engaging with large enterprises to address procurement needs and conduct market research on their behalf (via Koble platform)
  • Authentication process of users and provide back-end support for the main growth team
  • Monitoring and managing user activity and engagement on the community
  • User support for partner organizations
  • Handling minor functions of customer support to provide a smooth and positive user experience to clients and users
  • Engineering demand generation, user growth, and engagement

Requirements

What is the ideal candidate for us?

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia required; fluency in Mandarin is a plus
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B/corporate business development or customer service, fresh graduates also welcome to apply
  • Strong communication skills and experience handling clients
  • Adaptable, independent, and self-motivated team player
