Customer Support Executive

Founded in 2013, Eatigo’s mission is to connect empty tables with empty stomachs by offering time-based discounts of up to 50% every day at all of its participating restaurants through its online website and mobile applications. Users can choose to dine anywhere, from upscale hotels to popular food chains, and enjoy the same discounts with no strings attached, while restaurants get to fill their empty seats during off-peak hours.


●       Document user support processes and FAQs, and work on continuous process improvement

●       Manage all user queries coming in from various platforms including but not limited to online chats, calls and emails

●      Work closely with the Operations team to manage user expectations

●       Generate and analyze user experience reports for service monitoring and improvement

●       Share your insights on the user experience report with the team●       Contribute to the support team in terms of voucher fulfilment and coordinate with different parties in the fulfilment process – voucher purchase, etc.


●      Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role will be highly preferred

●      Excellent Communication Skills

●      Ability to listen and empathize with the situation

●      Good command of spoken and written English

●      Resourceful and capable of learning fast and independently

●      Working days: Monday to Wednesday in office and Saturday and Sunday from home (after training period). Working hours 11:00 (AM) to 20:00 (08:00 PM), 1 hour lunch break
