Responsibilities

  • Oversee city hiring and onboard new hires which include training fleet to deliver product to customers, collect payment, deposit payment and complete collection report.
  • Review and ensure that Delivery and Cash on Delivery (COD) report are accurate for smoother operation.
  • Ensure Fleet render shopping and delivery service accordingly to assign schedules to keep operation running.
  • Taking care and organize manpower in each cluster to ensure fleet job needs are met.
  • Meet Fleet with disciplinary issues to find out the root of the problem and rectify the issue for better understanding.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market and communicate actionable insights that inform the launch and go-to-market decisions.
  • Work closely with HQ marketing team to drive any on the ground marketing initiative and make sure city hits its goals and targets.
  • Monitor key performance metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Finding root causes to understand and address emerging trends.
  • External point of contact of the company in the city to establish trusted relationship with city industry players and influencers.
  • Other ad hoc matters required by the team and management.

Requirements

  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel, operation softwares, basic understanding of data with ability to draw insights from data.
  • Ability to handle complaints, establish relationship with internal and external customers, conflict resolution, good email writing skills, intermediate level of planning and organizational skills, decision making, time management, self starter and hands-on.
  • Creative problem solving, good interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable and flexible, initiative and responsible, strong work ethic.
