We are currently expanding our business in Indonesia, therefore we are looking for some great candidates who are very passionate about this industry to help the company establish market presence in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in annual budgeting for all department and prepare all the document and required data for audit.
  • Monitor and control the company expenses, as well as oversee the operations of the finance department, including the designation of organization structure for achieving department’s goals and objectives.
  • Compile and analyze financial and operational data, so that management can identify and take action on factors affecting the company’s performance.
  • Ensure the appropriate financial and tax regulation comply with government regulations and responsible in updating the company regarding the changes that may affect the company regulations.
  • Prepare monthly FSCP (Financial Statement Closing Process), monthly tax report, as well as coordinate and prepare all required financial reporting for both internal and external users.
  • Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts monthly and/or review and approve.
  • Prepare consolidation report based on the update PSAK rule.
  • Maintain fixed assets depreciation.

Requirements

  • Minimum hold bachelor’s degree with major in Finance/Accountancy/Tax/Banking or equivalent from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (preferably graduated from overseas).
  • Must have experience at least 7-10 years in the same field (preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent).
  • Expert in Indonesian tax and have Tax Certification, as well as developing system (especially ERP).
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work with high accuracy and is detail oriented, as well as good timing concern.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
  • Effective communication skills and initiative person who has positive attitude to everyone.
  • Single fighter - able to work independently.
