Product Support Specialist

We are looking for Product Support Specialist to provide enterprise-level assistance to our clients and users. This individual will possess the knowledge base of Pulsifi platform, and is a product expert and internal go-to person for functionality questions. The Product Support Specialist will work in an environment of continuous improvement to capture and resolve tier 1 customer issues, questions and suggestions as well as helping to empower our clients to maximize the use of our product through education and awareness.

What you will do:

  • Be the first line of support to customers via phone calls and emails

  • Deliver exceptional Customer Experience in each support interaction

  • Troubleshoot product compatibility inquiries

  • Become the encyclopedia of knowledge about the Pulsifi platform

  • Create and update documentation for the platform

  • Work with development team to fix problems to make sure that all users have a great experience with the product

  • Work with the Product Manager to identify current issues and develop solutions

  • Work to ensure our platform is as easy to use, reliable, bug-free and fast as possible

  • Support an agile development team in analyzing, designing, building and testing high-quality software

  • Do quality assurance on features to make sure they match the requirements and work as expected


You have two or more of these skills:

  • 1-2 years proven customer service experience

  • Technology savvy and adaptable to frequent functionality updates

  • Able to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audience

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Independent decision-making; resourceful; good problem solving; ability to think fast while on a call with a customer

  • Customer focused - Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and effective in conflict resolution

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

  • Plus if you have experience with HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript

  • Plus if you also know Malay and Mandarin language
