Full Time Admin Assistant

Fresh Futures is an education service company from Australia with a support office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

We are looking for a experienced Admin Assistant whose responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You role is designed to support the Career Advisors through a variety of tasks related to the organisation. The job scope includes communicating via email and Skype and ensuring that all duties are completed and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support by managing Job Boards
  • Checking eligibility of potential student candidates
  • Produce and distribute email correspondence
  • Assist in the preparation of reports
  • Maintain a filing system and CRM system
  • Assist with data collection when needed

Requirements

  • Speak fluent English (Manager only speaks English)
  • Must have accurate and fast typing skills
  • Proven admin or assistant experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficient using a MacBook
