Customer Service & Account Executive

At Knocknock, by leveraging the power of Internet and mobile technologies, we are striving to make quality laundry services affordable and ultimately convenient to every busy working family in ASEAN!

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1-           Provide individualized customer service

2-           Handle customer inquiry via inbound and outbound calls, email, etc.

3-           Attend to customers’ enquiries in a timely manner

4-           On-board, track and update customer’s orders

5-           Coordinate with operation team to assure orders being proceeded on time and properly

6-           Maintain customer relationship to achieve high level customer satisfication

7-           Achieve assigned sales quota.

 

Requirements

Requirement:

1-           1-3 year experience required, fresh graduate are also welcomed;

2-           Hard-working;

3-           logic and analytic thinking, problem resolving skills

4-           Patient, details and result-oriented

5-           Prepare to work from Monday to Saturday

6-           Working hours from 9.00 am to 6.30pm

Remuneration from $1600 to $2200, depending on the year of experience and potential
