We’re looking for a highly driven and motivated Operations Manager for our local team in Singapore. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands on exposure and have direct impact, then this may be the place for you! The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and optimizing processes, while running the day to day operations of the business in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with other team members.

This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Head of Operations & Innovation.


  • Leading our riders fleet - Manage a team of 16 Area Managers and close to 2,500 riders
  • Support the Fleet Manager - Manage a team of 16 Area Managers and close to 3,000+ riders
  • Analytics - Analyse and track KPIs to improve rider performance and compliance, while taking customer experience to the next level!
  • Strategy - Propose new strategies, plan and set adequate timelines for execution
  • Product implementation and improvement - Roll out new features to improve operational efficiency and rider experience.
  • Ensure rider supply meets the expected order demand in order to maintain Service Levels.
  • Support commercial projects with operational guidance and resources.
  • Optimize operations through process development and innovation.
  • Supervise the day-to-day work of operations support staff.
  • Review, refine and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
  • Improve rider retention and engagement through targeted monetary and non-monetary incentives
  • ·Implement and maintain a rider retraining program to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the fleet



  • You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree
  • You have at least 1 year of work experience in operations, banking, consulting or a high growth start-up
  • You have strong leadership and communication skills, work independently and are reliable
  • You are process oriented and data driven
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents
  • Your knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector is impressive and you are driven and ambitious
  • You are very proactive and could lead independent projects
  • Excellent English skills complete your profile
