Customer Support that includes:

  • Remotely troubleshoots and resolves problems on Smart Walkie Devices 
  • Attends to customer enquiries through phone calls or emails
  • Enhance Customer Support Documents, User Guide and Website FAQ
  • Provides virtual training for New Customers
  • Pre- Deployment Setup
  • Generate monthly usage reports for Customers and Finance

KPI: Achieve good Post-Support Customer Satisfaction Rating

  • Must have a good understanding of mobile applications with troubleshooting knowledge
  • Good English communication skills. Ability to speak Mandarin will be a plus.
