Sales Executive - Bandar Baru Klang

Responsibilities

  • Consult and give the best solutions to customer

  • Proven record of retaining existing revenue customer.

  • To develop & Create a new customer database

  • Preparing proposals, schedule/material deadline for clients (calls/visitation if required) and follow through till artwork submission.

  • Fully accountable for customer satisfaction and retention, so that he/she able to collect payment.

  • Achieve yearly quota.

  • Master all the products knowledge and selling techniques.

  • To conducts, sales presentation writes up sales proposals and negotiates with customers’ key executive to win significant sales orders

  • To assist superior in training new salespeople on selling through proven experience.

  • Able to Salvage Pre-verification File, Rejected Revenue and Cancellation Orders.

  • Independent enough to run daily sales activities with minimum supervision

  • Selling products by establishing the contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending the right solutions

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

  • Weekly forecast on sales

  • Responsible to liaise with the Customer Service Team, Account & Production Team.

  • Assist and follow up urgent cases & take note of customer request to be done.

  • Responsible to keep track of the status & whereabouts of the file.

  • Ability to develop and build collaborative relations (Customer Service).

  • Attention to detail.

  • Good time management (punctuality and organize training visits to a customer).

  • Able to work under tight deadlines

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma, preferably in Marketing, Business Admin, PR or equivalent.

  • Good communication skill

  • Have vast knowledge of Online Marketing and Social Media/ Search Engine Marketing

  • Minimum 1 years working experience in similar industry.

  • Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Able to speak Mandarin or Chinese dialects will be an added advantage

  • Have various different industry experience will be an added advantages
