Marketing Manager

English Hub is an online language training startup based in Bandung, Indonesia. We integrate skilled and experienced teachers with advanced virtual classroom software to provide competitively priced training catered to the customer. Additionally, we focus a portion of our efforts and returns on the development of charitable education in the respective markets where we serve. We will launch in Indonesia, and then intend to expand to further global regions. In so doing, English Hub intends to make online training accessible to the masses, while tapping into the USD 45 billion language training market.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee the design and deployment of marketing campaigns.  You will be responsible for managing the broader spectrum of marketing and customer relations activitiesm including those that drive immediate sales, as well as those that develop the future marketing team.

In this role, you should be an outstanding communicator who finds creative and effective ways to achieve goals.  You should be highly proficient in all avenues of online marketing, while equally comfortable generating results through alternative marketing methods.  You should be confident, ambitious, and motivated by the financial inventives that will be assured you for playing a crucial role as a founding member of the startup.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO, marketing database, email, social media as well as other marketing campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the development and circulation of content
  • Manage email newsletters
  • Maintain social media accounts
  • Find affordable sources of traffic with positive ROI
  • Spearhead PR and partnership efforts
  • Find additional sales opportunities
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth communication flows

Requirements

  • Must supply portfolio demonstration design ability for digital media solutions, marketing promotions, and graphic design
  • Demonstrated working knowledge using Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat), Microsoft applications (including Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Ability to analyze data and make use of reporting tools
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, superior attention to details and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confident in taking lead roles and offering thoughtful suggestions and criticism
  • Own your own laptop computer
  • Excellet written and verbal communication skills; fluency in bahasa Indonesia, advanced English, additional languages a plus
  • At least two years' experience in a similar roles
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
