Responsibilities

To identify new sales leads 

  • Research organization and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets by researching the needs of other companies and learn the decision makers on purchasing.

  • Contact potential clients via email, phone, or meet up to establish rapport and set up meetings

  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives

  • Attend conferences, meetings and relevant industry events

 Pitch products and services to clients o Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays

  • Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products

  •  Develop quote and proposal

  • Negotiate and renegotiate by phone, email and in person

  • To secure sales along with the team 

Requirements

  • Be socially adept and have strong communication fluency both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients with confidence are key for a successful.
  • Strong presentation skills are essential in the role of Business Developer, plus will need to have strong research and strategic analysis skills.

  • Skilled at agreeing and closing deals with clients.

  • Excellent organizational skills are essential as well as performance monitoring will be a requirement.

  • Possess fluency in reading, writing and speaking English and Mandarin.

  • Have 1 – 3 years of working experience as a Business Developer in B2B sector (Business-to-Business)

  • Possess own transportation

  • To be based in Johor Bahru
