Digital Marketing Project Manager

SPRIM is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager with good experience in project implementations like website/apps/ solution development, social media/content gearing towards business innovation and marketing competitiveness. 


  • In conjunction with the Digital Health team and clients; conceptualize, develop and execute campaigns for products/brands in the healthcare and consumer health markets and other industries
  • Increase traffic acquisition by planning, leading and executing strong marketing strategies across, especially through bidding tactics, retargeting, A/B & multivariate tests, lead / demand generation tactics, content marketing both for B2C and B2B segmentation.
  • Integrating best in class SEO/SEM strategies
  • Has a basic knowledge of Project documentation (Scoping, Planning, Implementation, Controlling and Closing)
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in the development of video, infographic content and other marketing assets
  • Define analytics and measurement processes that are aligned with industry standards, implement and provide weekly, monthly and quarterly performance of campaigns
  • Manage and grow social channels e.g LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc
  • Work with the digital team to plan and budget key elements to drive the business forward through new marketing channels


  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Business Admin / Creative Media or equivalent
  • Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in a digital /product management based environment and wide exposure to the different aspects of development and commercialization of digital & social marketing
  • Innovative and Creative within the framework of the project and various industries
  • Keeps abreast with latest trends and innovations in the field and specialty of marketing
  • Strong communication skills for verbal and written presentations
  • Good project management skills. Can provide evidence of capability to meet deadlines and delivering superior work
  • Self starter with confidence and tenacity to drive projects independently
  • Good relationship management skills and a good team player
  • Organized, analytical, and results-orientated individual who enjoys a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Able to work in an Apple software environment. Competent in using productivity software as well as creative software for photo editing, movie editing, etc
  • Hands-on experience on marketing management / CRM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, SalesForce, PipelineDeals are preferred
  • Hands-on experience using analytics tool such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Insights are preferred
  • Flexibility to work across Asia time zones as required to meet clients needs
