[Lendmo] Customer Relationship Executive

Lendmo Philippines (a trademark of Weshop) is a peer to peer company. 
We help people who need funds by lending money and our borrower will surely enjoy our very low interest rates. Our investors can earn 12 to 20% profit annually. Documents and money will be secured 100% and Lendmo Philippines will handle borrower verification for credit and background checks, documents verification, loan agreements preparation, dept collections to repayment process.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers/investors either face to face, over the phone or via email, explain the benefits/selling points of Lendmo’s services and persuade customers to use Lendmo’s services;
  • Handle customer’s complaints and provide assistance with problems they encounter;
  • Liaise with other departments in implementing sales/customer support plan; ensure the services are rendered satisfactorily to meet customer’s expectation.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements

  • Male is preferred;
  • >= 6 months’ experience in direct sales/field sales
  • Good command of English;
  • Good task management skills;
  • Reliable, honest and hard-working.

Salary

14000 - 15000 PHP
