Finance & Admin Executive

TeleMe is an online platform that connects patients to doctors, pharmacies and healthlabs. We do this through online teleconsultation with a doctors via chat or video and when needed, online prescriptions where patients can pick up their medications from the closest pharmacy or get it delivered. Essentially, our goal is to be come everyones virtual doctor and clinic.

We have recently been awarded the CIP300 grant, been part of the MAGIC GAP Accelerator program and Finalist for the best healthcare startup of the year in the Asean Ricebowl awards/ 



  • Daily bookkeeping activities to maintain ledgers, journals, bank reconciliations, non-current assets, account receivables, account payables, monthly payroll matters (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, EIS) and inventories.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
  • Monitor and manage the account receivables & account payables.
  • Generate the operational reports and analysis for management and planning purpose.
  • Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the matters arisen are resolved on a timely manner.



  • Handle day-to-day administrative activities and paperworks.
  • Handle staffing activities (attendance, leaves, compensation, etc) and maintain employee database.
  • Process monthly payroll.


  • Comfortable with technology and applications - Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheets, etc. 
  • Works well independently as well as in a team with sense of urgency, responsibility, result oriented and committed to meeting deadline.
  • Positive attitude, organised and highly motivated.
  • Self-motivated, flexible and proactive attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills including the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
  • A keen eye for detail.
