Portfolio Manager

We were founded as an incubator in 2007, focusing on investments in start-up companies in the bioenergy-related industries and was successfully listed on the MESDAQ Market of Bursa Securities (now known as ACE Market of Bursa Securities) in 2008. Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Portfolio Manager to join our growing team. The Portfolio Manager is responsible for the overall asset management and reporting of the venture capital investment.  The chosen candidate will work with Executive Directors; implementing its investment strategy and managing day-to-day portfolio trading. A portfolio manager is one of the most important factors to consider when looking at fund investing.

 

  • Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare all aspects of financial analysis for various corporate finance transactions;
  • Develop corporate presentations, information memorandum, business plans and so forth in any corporate transactions embarked by the fund;
  • Structure and execute various corporate finance and capital markets transactions including mergers and acquisitions, fund raising exercise, capital restructuring;
  • Create and update detailed financial models, forecasts and operational metrics to evaluate and execute corporate transactions;
  • Liaise with professional advisers, experts, regulators and financial institutions.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance or Accounting.
  • Independent, high energy level and able to perform under pressure in meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong foundation in corporate finance with well-developed valuation financial analysis and financial modelling skills will be an added advantage.
