    Responsibilities

    Brand Outreach & Business Development

    • Plan and organize collaboration activities with external parties in product outreach
    • Perform the role of business development with corporate customers
    • Customer Relationship Managment & Marketing
    • Develop marketing strategies and execute plans to meet company objectives
    • Plan and execute CRM related activities for enterprises 
    • Work closely with the internal design team on marketing and branding collaterals.
    • Collect and analyze customer feedbacks systematically for constant product and experience improvement.
    • Manage the company's social media activites together with the internal content team
    • Client Servicing & Logistic Planning
    • Liaise with the internal IT team to manage orders and reservations from corporate customers.
    • Liaise with the logistic partners to ensure on-time delivery.
    • Act as the liaison for all corporate customer enquiries.
       

     

     

    Requirements

    * Min 2+ years in business development with B2B especially with MNCs and organizations on corporate training, employee welfare

    * Must be analytical, self-driven and pro-active in achieving desired business development results
