Axslogic helps financial institutions digitize their lending data analytics, even as they progress their overall digitisation. The solution disrupts the current Manual Environment under which such processes are managed using a unique data model to digitise the business performance analytics cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accounting ledgers, financial statements, bank accounts and other records detailing financial business transactions
  • Process payments and reimbursement claims
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly and year end close
  • Manage ledgers and key accounting and tax issues for subsidiaries
  • Consolidate financial statements of all subsidiaries for submission to auditors
  • Work with external auditors to ensure a clean and timely annual audit
  • Liaise with company secretary for all documentation requirements
  • Manage payroll / maintain human resources policies and documentation
  • GST filings, CPF filings, ACRA filings etc.
  • General office administration duties – including mail sorting, organised filing, ordering office supplies, managing client visits at office etc

Requirements

  • Proficient with accounting software  eg Tally  (to create P&L, Balance Sheets etc from Journal entries
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office
  • Meticulous
  • Very well-organised
  • Hard working
  • Self-starter and self-driven
  • Pleasant disposition
  • Must have legal work status in Singapore (Singaporean/PR/Spouse of EP holder wtih NOC)

Salary

2500 - 3000 SGD
