We are looking for a passionate, talented product marketing manager to articulate all of the outbound tasks necessary to clearly explain the benefits of our product features and translate them into customer-facing messaging. Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional with a strong background working with (large SME and enterprise) SaaS products.

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for bringing our product to market and driving adoption of it — including arming our sales team with the knowledge and tools they need to be successful; developing customer-facing presentations; updating the website; as well as outlining the marketing programs required for demand generation.

This includes:

  • Working closely with the management team to discuss and review the overall marketing strategy
  • Identifying the key audience personas (through market research and competitor analysis), and preparing the marketing strategies
  • Working closely with the rest of the team to obtain deep understanding of the product to produce thought leadership articles in the forms of:
    • Company Introduction Decks and Presentations
    • Ebooks and Whitepapers
    • EDM, Automated Emails, Videos
    • Product Documentations, Manuals, Guides and Tutorials
  • Blog management, curation, and contribution
  • Implementing (content) marketing and automation tools in accordance to the yearly budget (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Adwords, LinkedIn Ads, Autopilot, HubSpot)
  • Channel management: Analyzing and forecasting performance across all marketing channels
  • Be up-to-date with current (content) marketing and design trends
  • Product demonstrations at trade shows and webinars, delivering presentations to customers and prospects, as well as creating marketing collateral



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field
  • At least 3~5 years experience working in similar position
  • Prior working experience and/or good understanding of tech and SaaS solutions is required; basic knowledge of retail, supply chain and logistics is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in other languages (especially Chinese or Arabic) is a plus
  • Proactive, open and transparent style of communication and collaboration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (you’ll be working with several internal teams to bring your plans to life)
  • Proven management experience (building and maintaining a team with the right skills)
  • Ability to work independently as well as cohesively in a team environment
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content structure, development, distribution and measurement
  • Strong personal organization and project management abilities
