Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Acquire and engage the right kinds of companies to use Yojee’s products and help users and merchants derive maximum value from it

  • Share Yojee’s ability to help companies optimise, connect & track their logistics in real time

  • Confer and develop new acquisition opportunities with prospective customers

  • Develop & sell Yojee’s software to logistics companies within the defined territory

  • Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, result tracking and troubleshooting

  • Manage existing account’s, client renewals and execute new sales pipelines

  • Identifying and prospecting to new customers and recognizing opportunities to drive profitable revenue in targeted vertical markets

  • Responsible for achieving sales goals/targets and regularly communicating progress and strategies/tactics that will be deployed to reach revenue targets

  • Responsible for understanding the current trends and cycles within the Logistics industry

Requirements

Desired Skills & Experience - About You

 

  • You should be looking to be part of a fast-paced startup with an appetite for success and the self-motivation required for working in small teams

  • 3+ years of working experience in direct sales preferred. Relevant experience in B2B/SAAS sales will be advantageous

  • Domain knowledge and understanding of the sales ecosystem as well as the Logistics industry

  • Fearlessness - willing to jump on the phone and get out and meet with new people every single day and explain Yojee’s value proposition as it relates to each individual you speak with

  • Articulate, organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy and able to multitask

  • The intellectual horsepower to become a guide on international trade in a matter of weeks, and the curiosity to keep learning about all its intricacies for years to come

  • Able to overcome rejection and find alternatives avenues & solutions for potential clients
