What you will do:

 

  • working with prospective customer to discover their points of pain and develop solutions with our current technology
  • able to search, develop and expand prospective customer
  • report result to country manager in a structured and articulate format
  • lead and improve marketing and sales team under your tight supervision
  • work closely with management team, operational team as well as customer service to achieve the best result
  • work at a fast pace environment while operating with a high sense of urgency
  • plan daily, hit specific activity benchmarks and close business
  • maintain the relationship with existing customer
  • deep understand of every prospective and existing customer's business process and able to report back in a structured format

Requirements

Skills we are looking for:

 

  • extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at the mid to senior levels
  • experience managing multiple projects and able to multi-task in a large territory
  • proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • PROVEN track record of sales goal attainment in a longer selling cycle environment
  • highly competitive, positive, and results driven sales person
  • excellent presentation skills
  • excellent oral and written communication skills to build client-centric and solution/value-based proposals
  • working experience with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
  • strong and wide business network
  • coach-able, trainable, and have a good sense of humor
