What you’ll bring…



  •         Providing administrative assistance executives and secretarial staff
  •         Maintaining and managing various databases on a regular basis
  •         Undertaking general administrative duties including mail, filing
  •         Completing data entry as required.
  •         Provide adhoc administration support as needed
  •         Experience in logistics industry is highly advantageous
  •         Ability to manage time efficiently, work pro-actively and prioritise workloads
  •         You must be proficient in all Microsoft applications
  •         Amazing attention to detail


Candidate Attributes:

  • Fast-learner and willing to learn
  • Excellent technical skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English. Multi-language Speaker (eg:Mandarin and Malay) is preferable. 
  • Preparedness and ability to undertake interstate travel.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and cooperatively within a multi-skilled team environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of our practices
  • Positive & Happy attitude
  • With sense of humour
