Online Marketing Operations Specialist (Asia)

Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Online Marketing Operations Specialist (Asia). Well organized, flexible and enjoys the challenge of delivering on time. Has the ability to work in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Good communication skills and attention to detail are equally important. Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute online marketing activities for the ASEAN region (Thailand / Singapore)
  • Build, manage and optimize effective marketing campaigns for a diverse range of initiatives (e.g., revenue generation, user sign-ups and strategic investment) across various search engine and social media networks, including Google, Yahoo!, Bing and Facebook
  • Optimize organic and natural online searches conversion rate.
  • Create, manage and optimize localized marketing campaigns based on strategic initiatives and deliver on specific CPA goals in native language
  • Generate and update online marketing reports (via tools and on an ad hoc basis) and regularly share performance metrics to the greater Marketing team
  • Manage ongoing communication and workflows with product vendors to help resolve issues, document challenges, facilitate collaborative product roadmap brainstorming sessions, etc.
  • Identify new opportunities and strategies for assigned markets that will assist with scaling our acquisition efforts for specific languages
  • Support the Marketing team in their off-line activities from time to time
Qualifications/Required Skills/Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years digital marketing agency background
  • Preferably Google Adwords Certified
  • Experienced in Social Media Marketing and Paid Advertising
  • Knowledgeable in SEO practices
  • High levels of persistence, results driven and passion for F&B
  • Ability to communicate and present convincingly both over the phone and face to face.
  • A strong work ethic and desire to accomplish the job successfully with best use of resources
  • Good command of English and experience working in a diverse, international environment
  • Highly Team oriented
